Scamp is a pre-school ondemand television channel, featuring the biggest and best programmes for under-fives. Kids can watch this multicoloured environment which is safe, functional and fun. Young children can access all areas of Scamp with the use of their own 'mini-mote', navigating skip, fast-forward and rewind. Channel and navigational assets change to reflect the season. The Tiscali TV design team included creative director Marco Giusti, art director Emma Reynolds, senior designer Paul Dixon, producer David Tomlinson and sound designer Iain Farnsworth.
