Museum of London is undergoing a £15m redevelopment, opening its new galleries next spring. Coley Porter Bell was tasked to create a new identity to bring together the museum's existing and new galleries. A thumbprint identity signifies the people who have left their mark on London throughout history, with the logotype echoing iconic street signage. The coloured layers map out the shape of its past, present and future, representing an ever-changing city.
