The Awards Ceremony and Dinner will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Tuesday 30th November. The Awards will consist of a drinks reception, dinner and the presentation of trophies to the category winners.

Costs are as follows:
Table of 10: £1,550 + VAT
Individual places: £205 + VAT
The table price includes reception drinks and dinner.
