Channel 4 wanted to mark its 25th birthday and celebrate its new series, Big Art. Freestate proposed making the channel's screen ident 'real', as an ever-changing installation, customised by four artists. A 16m-high steel structure was made to fit in front of its London headquarters. The steel structure has been customised by photographer Nick Knight, Turner Prize nominee Mark Tichner and Ghanaian artist El Anatsui.
