Studio 8 Design was asked to come up with a concept that could translate D&AD's existing campaign 'But is it a pencil?' into an installation at the awards gala. The group commissioned Le Gun to dress London's Royal Festival Hall with a life-size cartoonstyle diorama of the event itself - with semi-recognisable 'creatives' engaged in conversation.
