How to Enter
Please ensure you have read and understood the below instructions before entering. The process has been updated.
- Visit the Categories page and decide on the category/ies you wish to enter
- Complete your Brief (this is your chance to provide any additional information about your project that you feel will help the judges, maximum length one side of A4) and collate any digital supporting material
- Obtain client approval for your entry/ies (if applicable) prior to making your submission
- Go to the Make an Entry page and follow these steps:
- Fill in the registration box with your email address. Proceed to the registration page and complete your details
- Proceed to the 'Awards Summary' page. Click 'Enter this Category' by the category you wish to enter
- Enter the requested information
- Upload your completed Brief and any digital supporting material where applicable (see Categories page for full details)
- To complete your entry, click 'Save & Go to Awards Summary'
- If you would like to make further entries, please expand the category list and repeat steps 2-5
- In order to submit your entry/ies for review by the judges you must tick each entry and press 'Submit and Pay' (see note below re: editing entries)
- Select a payment method and press 'Proceed to Payment'
- Complete your payment details and 'Proceed'
- Your entry/ies will now be considered submitted and the above Rules of Entry will apply
- Send your physical samples (where appropriate) clearly labelled with your entry number, click here for full details. Please do not mount physical samples on boards. All physical samples should be sent loose and digital images uploaded via the online entry system
NEW THIS YEAR - You can now edit your entry prior to submission
To make life easier, you can now leave and return to the site to edit your entries prior to submission until Thursday 23rd February 2012. Once registered as an entrant, you will receive an email detailing your chosen password along with a link that will enable you to return to your un-submitted entries and edit as necessary. Once ready to submit return to step 'vii' above and complete the process. Please ensure you click the 'logout' button before leaving the site to save your entries.
All submissions must be made by Thursday 23rd February 2012. Entries will not be considered fully submitted until the entrant proceeds to the payment stage and chooses a payment method. Payments must be cleared by Thursday 23rd February 2012. Once payment has been received your entry/ies will be passed to the judges for review.
Please note it will not be possible to amend or submit entries after Thursday 23rd February 2012.
