Terms and Conditions

• If you are not making payment by credit card at the time of entry, alternative payment for early bird entries must be received within 10 days of entering. Full rate entry payment must be received by no later than 23rd October.
• The awards are open to any business or project that has launched, been redeveloped or shown substantial, measurable progress from 31st August 2008 to 30th September 2009.
• Projects may be entered into more than one category as appropriate, but an entry fee must be paid for each category entered.
• There is no limit to the number of entries made by one company, but all entries will be charged individually at the same rate.
• The judges reserve the right to re-categorise entries if they think another category would be more suitable. However, they cannot be expected to routinely re-categorise incorrectly entered projects.
• Entries must be made online using the official entry form. Entries will not be accepted by any other means.
• An entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until Monday 23rd November upon request to the organisers. However the entry fee is non-refundable.
• Design Week accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to material submitted.
• The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding them
